Mailing List
If you choose to join our mailing list, your subscription information is provided to Mailchimp, which we use to manage our email list and send newsletters and other RPCC communications.
Signing up for our mailing list is separate from contacting RPCC. We do not automatically add people who submit general inquiries or rental inquiries to our mailing list.
You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our emails.
Website and Analytics Information
Our website is hosted by Squarespace. Squarespace collects certain technical and usage information necessary to operate the website and provide us with website analytics. This may include information about your browser, device and network; your IP address; pages you visit; referring pages; and how you interact with our website.
We use this information to understand how people use our website and to improve its content and usefulness. We currently use Squarespace's built-in analytics and do not use Google Analytics or Meta Pixel.
Event Calendar
Our website uses an Event Calendar provided by Elfsight. When the calendar loads, Elfsight may receive limited technical information such as your IP address, operating system, and browser type. Elfsight states that this information is retained for seven days and used for operation, troubleshooting, and security rather than marketing tracking.
How We Use Your Information
We use information collected through the website to:
respond to questions and inquiries;
communicate about rentals, programs, events, volunteering, and other RPCC activities;
send email communications to people who have joined our mailing list;
operate, maintain, and improve our website;
understand website traffic and use; and
protect the security and integrity of our website and organization.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
We may share information with service providers that help us operate our website and communications, as described above. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect RPCC, our visitors, or others.

Our website may contain links to other websites and services, including Zeffy and websites operated by organizations that hold events or programs at RPCC.
When you follow a link to another website, that website's privacy practices apply. RPCC is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party websites.

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, for our legitimate organizational needs, or as required by law.
